After Lil Pump appeared to take shots at J. Cole for his lyrics on his new KOD track, "1985," Smokepurpp's fans seem to be joining the feud against the Fayetteville, N.C. rapper. During his recent concert in Atlanta this past Friday (April 20), audience members of the Florida entertainer's show chanted "fuck J. Cole" during one of the song breaks.

In new footage posted to social media, fans can be heard loudly chanting the phrase while Smokepurpp stands on stage, but it's hard to tell if it was provoked by the rising star, or if they simply started chanting on their own.

If you recall, the "Pray" rapper previously sided with Pump last year after his "Fuck J. Cole" diss track randomly dropped online, making it clear that the two were not the biggest fans of the Dreamville head. Purpp continued to make "fuck J. Cole" comments on social media following the record.

Cole's lyrics on "1985 (Intro to 'The Fall Off')" have definitely been impacting the hip-hop community and his fans, and many are still speculating who the lyricist is addressing on the record. Many believe that it could be aimed at Pump, who originally made the diss track, but some believe that it may be geared for someone else being that Cole speaks on the rapper being a black man. Others simply think that it's a general message for all new wave rappers.

"I must say, by your songs I'm unimpressed, hey/But I love to see a Black man get paid," he rhymes. "And plus, you havin' fun and I respect that/But have you ever thought about your impact?"
