Jay Z and Kanye West’s relationship seemed to sour in 2016, with their issues coming to a head when West called out Hov and his wife Beyonce during his now infamous Sacramento rant. It appears the two rap stars are making an attempt to patch things up, as they recently reunited at Blue Ivy’s 5th birthday party.

The Carters hosted Blue’s birthday party at their Los Angeles home on Friday (Jan. 6), and Kim and Kanye showed up, sans Nori and Saint, reports US Magazine.

X17 captured photos of the West’s leaving the get-together looking extremely underdressed.

Blue turned 5 on Saturday (Jan. 7). Shout out to her for the assist.

Kanye West has been on the mend since coming home from the hospital in December. He and Kim have been trying their hardest to pull together their relationship, even trying couple’s therapy.

West has been able to improve on his mental health by working out. TMZ reports that Kanye has been doing resistance training, jump rope and one-on-one basketball sessions all under the direction of trainer to the stars, Don Brooks.

Sources say the workouts have been a “critical” part of Kanye’s recovery process.

On the music side of things, ‘Ye recently broke his silence, dropping the record, “Feel Me” with Tyga.

It was recently announced that he and the G.O.O.D. Music team will headline the 2017 Fyre Festival in April.
