Meek Mill’s Cousin Killed in Philly

Late Tuesday night (Sept. 13), Meek Mill's cousin Angelo "Lo" Colon was shot and killed in Philly.

Law enforcement reports that Colon was shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene, according to TMZ. He was 21 years old.

Last night, Meek took to Instagram to express his grief over his murdered cousin.

"Damn Lo! Watching my family die to these philly streets!" he wrote. "Probation is the only thing that got me tied to come coming back here so frequent!! My mission is to save my family from these streets and change the mindframe of all my lil cousins growing up in it!!!! #RIPLO hurt me to see you in this same spot lifeless!"

Our condolences go out to Meek and his whole family. We pray the senseless violence in Philly and other neighborhoods across America comes to an end.

Just last week, Meek was having fun in Vegas while battling Kevin Hart. Meanwhile, his DC4 tape is said to be dropping this month.
