Vince Staples Favors Andre 3000, Kanye West and Gucci Mane

Vince Staples loves to speak his mind, so a Q&A on Twitter makes plenty of sense. The 2015 XXL Freshman answered the questions of fans today (April 20) as part of a "Ask Vince Staples" session. Some of the questions were ridiculous while others were more sensible. One of the latter inquiries came when a fan asked Staples who his favorite rapper of all-time is.

"Tie between Andre 3000, Kanye West and Gucci Mane," Vince Staples replied.

Vince Staples is willing to speak on all types of subjects as recently seen on his running skit with GQ called "Vince Staples Reviews Every Goddamn Thing." Last month, he also wrote a hilarious review of a fried chicken restaurant on Yelp. But Staples is not afraid to call out bigger fish. The "Senorita" rapper called out Spotify while performing at the streaming service's Spotify House event during South By Southwest.

"Shout out to Spotify,” he said. “Thank you for giving me this check to make up for what you’ve done to me and all my musical friends. Listen to your favorite album 1,000, 2,000 times so everybody can get an album sale."

Speaking of festivals, Vince Staples is very busy on the festival circuit as he just performed at the first weekend of the Coachella. That's just the beginning of the many stages the Long Beach rapper will rock over the next couple of months. Staples is scheduled to perform at Lollapalooza in July and follow that up with a set at the FYE Festival in August.
