FYF Festival has announced its lineup for 2016 today (March 29) with hip-hop headliners including Kendrick Lamar, Young Thug and Vince Staples.

Rae Sremmurd, Denzel Curry and Kamaiyah will also be making big stage appearances. Other headliners outside of hip-hop include Tame Impala, LCD Soundsystem and Grace Jones.

Short for "F*** Yeah Fest," the rock, hip-hop and EDM festival is in it 12th year. In addition to four major stages, the fest also boasts its own night market where people can buy food while watching the shows. The lineup has becoming increasingly rap-friendly over the years. In 2015, Frank Ocean was set to be the weekend headliner but was switched out last minute for Kanye West. With Compton's K. Dot as the Saturday headliner, there's no doubt California natives will flock to the L.A. show.

FYF Fest is just the latest big-name festival to announce their 2016 show. Lollapalooza, Governor's Ball and Coachella are all boasting dope hip-hop lineups this year. That means festival fans on a budget will have to choose up soon.

As summer ends, FYF Fest will take place Aug. 27 and 28, at Exposition Park in Los Angeles. Explore the lineup and get tickets on FYF's official website. Single-day, two-day and VIP passes go on sale April 1.
