Iggy Azalea seems to be taking this whole Erykah Badu incident in stride.

Everything started when Badu hosted the 2015 Soul Train Awards. The singer said that she wasn't allowing any rap at the show, then began to do a bit related to her But You Caint Use My Phone mixtape. As Badu pretended to take calls from the likes of Andre 3000 and Young Thug, she let them know they weren't allowed to attend. But she then took a fake call from Iggy Azalea and said, "No no no, you can come, ’cause what you’re doing is definitely not rap."

Iggy laughed off the diss as she made her return to Twitter last Tuesday (Dec. 1). "We are days from 2016, but I came online today and saw its still cool to try and discredit my 2014 accomplishments. LOL, fucking hell," Iggy said.

Badu decided to apologize to Iggy, but did so in a fairly sarcastic manner. Her kids are apparently fans of Iggy, so Badu felt the need to apologize. Now, Iggy has responded to the apology. The Australian rapper took to Twitter and posted a letter she wrote to Badu.

"Hey Erykah" Iggy wrote. "Tell the kids I'm a big fan of mom, even if we don't agree where to file my music in their iTunes folders. I'm gonna announce a new tour soon. If they do great in class, there is officially an open invitation extended to them and friends with good report cards to come and enjoy a show anytime. I am 100 percent a woman of my word, and I appreciate the apology."

Perhaps this letter will finally put an end to this Iggy vs. Badu story.
