T.I. has had a change of heart in naming his 10th studio LP. After working under the title Paper Trail: Traps Open for months, the Kang has announced a new name for the project. The CD will now be titled Dime Trap. Harris recently conducted an interview with MovieWeb about his upcoming role in the movie Ant-Man when the topic turned to music.

"My tenth album, The Dime Trap, I'm working on it. I just released the first teaser from it yesterday and it's going to be an extension or a continuation of the vibe from Trap Muzik," said Tip.

He continued, "I feel like, when you've done hits like "Whatever You Like" and "Dead and Gone," when you do those mainstream kind of "Blurred Lines"-ish kind of records, you don't go and try to top "Blurred Lines." You just come to a whole new element, bring it back down and build the process back over again. I'm breaking it all down, back to the element of where my music first began to interest people, and build it all over again."

Last month, T.I. told Billboard he was finished with the project. "I just have to figure out when I’ll have time to actually market it and promote it and work it," Presently we’re working on Bankroll Mafia. Bankroll Mafia is a collective that includes a lot of personal and professional constituents throughout the industry, in and out of our elements. One of them being Shad da God, another one being myself and another one being Young Thug, and a host of other young people with talent. We’re very colorful characters in this business and you should be hearing some music very soon."

Dime Trap is slated for an October release.
