On Saturday night (April 18), authorities interrupted a Migos concert at Georgia Southern University to arrest several people, including all three members of the group. Now, Quavo, Offset and Takeoff are being held in Georgia's Bulloch County jail, according to a report from the local Statesboro Herald. A statement from the county, reported by The Fader, indicates that Quavo and Takeoff (real names Quavious Marshall and Kirshnik Ball, respectively) are each being held on $10,ooo bond, while Offset, born Kiari Cephus, has been denied Bond. (When the trio first rose to prominence in 2013, Offset was serving time in Georgia's Dekalb County jail for a probation violation.) The charges levied against each member of the group are as follows.

Quavo: Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana (misd), Possession of a Firearm in a School Safety Zone and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Crime.

Takeoff: Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana (misd), Possession of a Firearm in a School Safety Zone and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Crime.

Offset: Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana (misd), Possession of a Firearm in a School Safety Zone and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Crime.

When the Migos and their road crew arrived on the Georgia Southern campus for their scheduled performance at the school's Spring Bling concert, security--which consisted of officers from the Georgia Southern and Statesboro Police departments, as well as deputies from the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office and members of the joint Statesboro-Bulloch Crime Suppression team--reported smelling marijuana.

After the concert began, officers searched each van, finding marijuana, firearms and an unspecified Schedule II narcotic. In all, 15 individuals were arrested. Some of the charges the group members are facing are exacerbated by the arrests coming on a college campus or, for Offset, his prior felony conviction. Some supporters of the group have alleged that the local authorities were engaging in profiling, a claim bolstered by the tone of local news reports prior to the show. XXL will continue to have details on the case as they become available.
