The Jay Z/Solange fight swept the country, easily becoming the number one entertainment news all throughout last week. They mystery of why Solange attacked Jay Z still stands but the family is staying quiet and it appears things are fine and the incident is water under the bridge.

However, that didn't stop people in hip-hop to comment on the incident.

 

50 Cent

50 Cent posted a hilarious video on his Instagram doing a voice-over over the Jay Z and Solange Fight. Pretty epic job.

 

Dame Dash

Dame Dash appeared to be throwing shade at Jay Z when he posted a picture on Instagram of Solange, A-Trak and his daughter.

The caption read, “Forgot about this one @ava_dash @atrak and solange …I am actually impressed with her independent spirit… She seems like a fighter #festivallife.”

 

Tyler, The Creator & Earl Sweatshirt

Odd Future actually found the incident to be quite amusing. During their interview with HuffPost Live,the group gave their thoughts on Solange and her elevator skirmish with Hov.

“You know why Solange is awesome?” asked Tyler. “I met her before and she’s just herself and she’s cool and she likes regular shit. By the way, Solange, your song ‘Crush’ has been one of my favorite songs for years.”

Earl also commented on the incident as well.

“She had to get something off her chest,” said Earl, while Tyler said, “It’s entertaining, but whatever.”

 

Rick Ross

Rick Ross chimed in on the Solange/Jay Z fight. Rozay said, "You gets to see his real life. It's a beautiful thang. Then we go home to our big houses just like they did. And we call each other and laugh. And they looked at the blogs and laughed..............Man I love my life."

 

Gunplay

Maybach Music Group’s Gunplay spoke with The Breakfast Club recently and said that he would of hit her back. “She would got the business,” said Gunplay. “You wanna run up on a n***a like you’s a n***a, I’m gonna whoop you like a n***a.”
