Kanye seems to have had major help planning his proposal to Kim Kardashian at San Francisco’s AT&T Park last year. According to court documents obtained in the lawsuit filed against Chad Hurley, whom they believe illegally leaked a video of the proposal, Yeezy's soon to be mother-in-law was very hands on with the big event, even crafting up the guest list.

”I played a major role in organizing and running the event," Kris stated according to the the court documents. “As part of this, I was directly involved in formulating and was familiar with the guest list.”

"The rights to broadcast the event were sold on an exclusive basis,” Kris Jenner told the court. “Such rights (including future rights) are (and will be) of diminished value if others preempt the official, contractually authorized broadcast or other publication rights that Kanye West or I own with their own, earlier unauthorized publication or broadcast.”

Later adding that Hurley, the co-founder of YouTube, was not invited to the event nor does he hold a relationship with the couple.
