DJ Scream Sacrificed Family Time For Music Success

DJ Scream sat down for this week’s installment of MercyHope Productions’ Blueprint Minute series, where he spoke about a number of the sacrifices he had to make in order to make it in the music industry.

“I remember when some of my family members or cousins were born, and the next time I saw them they were walking and talking,” Scream says. “Like, wow, I missed everything… But at the end of the day everything happens for a reason. I feel like all that stuff comes back around and you kind of learn from it.”

Scream, one of the newest members to Rick Ross’ MMG roster, will be dropping his debut album with the label this Spring, featuring the likes of Future, 2 Chainz, Waka Flocka Flame, Young Thug and more. Check out the video above, and read more about Scream’s album right here.
