As Lil Wayne continues on his America's Most Wanted Music Festival tour, he made a stop last night at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. During the performance, Wayne performed his verse from Future's "Karate Chop (Remix)"—a verse that originally got in him in some trouble over an uncouth lyric about Emmett Till—and changed up the lyrics to honor the memory of the Chicago native. Wayne and Till's family have gone back and forth since the song's release, with both sides releasing statements about the track and it's ensuing backlash. Still, last night Wayne succinctly said, "I apologize to the family of Emmett Till." Check out the footage above.
