Earlier this year, 50 Cent took a loss in a courtroom litigation with Sleek Audio. Now the Queens rap mogul is claiming the courts didn't shoot a fair one. According to a report by TMZ, Fif is alleging racism was the reason he wasn't victorious.

Back in May 2011, the G-Unit CEO pulled the plug on an existing deal he had with Sleek and formed SMS Audio. The split led to a lawsuit in which Curtis claimed Sleek owed him over $261,000. The case reportedly went into arbitration where an arbitrator ruled in Sleek's favor. But, according to Jackson, the ruling was biased. He says the judge picked unfairly based on his race and stature in rap. According to Fif, the judge didn't allow him to cross-examine witnesses and refused to look at evidence pertaining to the case. He is reportedly requesting a new hearing.
