After a week's worth of speculation, the numbers have finally been released. Lecrae's Anomaly has taken the top spot on this week's chart, edging out another major first-week release, Jhené Aiko's Souled Out. While Aiko's album sales total hit projections, with 71,230 units sold this past week, Lecrae's album surpassed projections that stated that the album would sell around 75,000 to 80,000 in the first week. Anomaly sold 88,299 units last week, giving Lecrae his first No. 1 album, while Aiko landed at a respectable No. 3 this week.

In the rest of the hip-hop world, Jeezy's Seen It All has slipped to No. 8 on the charts this week, selling 31,191 units this past week, after selling over 100,000 units in its first week. Iggy Azalea's The New Classic landed at No. 18 this week, dropping one spot from last week's charts despite selling over 6,000 more units than the previous week. Wiz Khalifa's Blacc Hollywood has dropped 12 spots on the charts, landing at No. 22 with 12,914 units sold. Eminem's double platinum album, Marshall Mathers LP 2, rose 21 spots from last week, selling 9,160 units over the past week.

In the R&B world, Trey Songz's Trigga album has dropped 8 spots, landing at No. 45 this week with 5,966 albums sold, and Beyoncé's eponymous album has landed at the 50th spot with 5,143 sold, falling 16 slots.
