Over the weekend, the Jordan Brand held their “First To Fly” experience at the Brooklyn Bowl in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event celebrated the release of the upcoming Jordan Super.Fly 4 silhouette that is set to drop in the weeks to come. And while participants of the tournament wore the upcoming sneaker during the basketball festivities, fans and participants got a special glimpse of a 23-karat-gold Jordan Super.Fly 4 sneaker.

To commemorate the release of Blake Griffin’s signature shoe and his game on the court, Nike held a special dunk contest in which the winner of the competition took home the 23-karat-gold shoe as his trophy. While details on the silhouette remain to a minimum, the official launch date of the Super.Fly 4 is Aug. 4. Stay tuned with XXL for more information on this shoe.
