The most highly watched case of the year is settled. St. Louis County grand jury has ruled that a Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson will not be charge for the fatal shooting of Michael Brown Jr. "They determined no probable cause exists to file any charge against Officer Wilson," said St. Louis County prosecutor Robert McCulloch said Monday night. He spoke at length about media coverage of the case and the unreliability of eyewitness accounts.

Ahead of the announcement, Missouri governor Jay Nixon declared a state of emergency and activated the Missouri National Guard.
