Boston-based footwear brand New Balance and Concepts join forces on two Made in USA styles that pay homage to America's favorite pastime and iconic baseball teams that are just in time for the start of the 2016 baseball season!

The classic New Balance Made in USA 997 offers a teal premium suede upper with a pebbled leather reflective tongue, leather lining and custom Concepts-branded footbed packaged in a custom-designed box inspired by a ballgame snack favorite. The style captures the essence of one of the most historic baseball teams in New York City. The Concepts x New Balance "City Rivalry" 997 will be available exclusively at Concepts NYC.

The classic New Balance 998 takes inspiration from the brown and green hues of the red clay on most baseball diamonds, and the green facades seen through Boston's famous Yawkey Way, steps from the stadium. The upper is done in premium rust red and green suede with a leather lining and custom Concepts-branded footbed and custom-designed ballpark-style popcorn box.

The New Balance 998 will be available at Concepts Cambridge beginning Monday, Apr. 11 and will retail for a suggested price of $219.95. The Concepts x New Balance 997 will be available exclusively at Concepts NYC starting Saturday, Apr. 9 for $239.95 and online at cncptsintl.com beginning April 16.
