Last night, the boss lady Vanessa Satten called Bootleg Kev down in Florida to talk about rappers who barely missed the cut. He names promising MCs like Iamsu!, Bodega Bamz, G-Eazy, Rittz and more, in which VS gives our reasons behind leaving them off this year's list. She also names some young spitters who are strong candidates for next year.
