Chicago Police Issuing Citations for Posters Promoting Chief Keef’s “Finally Rich”

Posters have been hung around Chief Keef’s Englewood neighborhood in promotion of his upcoming album, Finally Rich. However, police are unhappy that they are being plastered on public property.

The Sun Times reports that authorities say that the individuals who hung up the posters will receive citations. They are currently searching for those responsible.

Promotional billboards have also been posted near 56th and Racine near roadside.

“It seems as if he’s being hailed a hero,” said Chicago Police union Vice President Daniel Gorman. “But it’s a smack in the face to the police officers who are serving the citizens of those communities.”—Eric Diep
