Chicago Police Issuing Citations for Posters Promoting Chief Keef’s “Finally Rich”
Posters have been hung around Chief Keef’s Englewood neighborhood in promotion of his upcoming album, Finally Rich. However, police are unhappy that they are being plastered on public property.

Promotional billboards have also been posted near 56th and Racine near roadside.
