Juicy J has been building his individual brand over the last couple of years, after decades of success as part of Three 6 Mafia. Now the Memphis rapper is preparing to release his debut solo album on Columbia Records, as part of a partnership with Dr. Luke's new Kemosabe Records.

“For me to be teaming up with Dr. Luke, Columbia Records and Wiz Khalifa (TGod) on my new solo album, I’m really excited for this," the Taylor Gang member said in a statement. "We're gonna call ourselves the Powerhouse 3. Look out for more.”

Three 6's last five albums have been released either through Columbia or its parent company, Sony.

The Juiceman's single alongside 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne, "Bandz a Make Her Dance," is currently No. 26 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
