After an initial release date of September 27 was announced, Yela and his team then pushed the album back to October 25. However, it was just confirmed that the new date for the project is November 21.

“I needed to add some important finishing touches to the album which resulted in the new release date,” the Shady signee said in a statement. “I have some surprises in store for the fans that have to be seen before the album comes out. It’s definitely worth the wait.”

Yela’s a beast, Im coppin the album when it drops, Ive got two of his mixtapes and they are hard as hell. I wish him luck on Shady records though, Eminem is all about the artist but Jimmy Iovine is all about sales, if it aint sellin your gettin dropped by the label.

Which brings me to the point that Eminem/Shady records need to put some muscle behind the marketing, or it wont do as well as the us fans want or expect it to. I have always supported the Shady camp but marketing as been the downfall for some of the artists. Look at so many of them who never saw the light of day.Or didnt do well because of back marketing and a lack of hot beats/ songs to help the albums sell well.

Hopefully Yelas and Slaughterhouse’s albums give the label the push it needs to kick start it back to were it once was.
