Beanie Sigel Faces Three Years in Jail for Tax Evasion

Beanie Sigel may be heading back to the bing. The Philadelphia lyricist admitted in court yesterday that he failed to pay taxes from 2003-2005.

According to the Associated Press, B. Mack appeared in federal court in his hometown on Tuesday where he entered a guilty plea. He is being accused of owing the government $350,000 of an estimated $1 million that U.S. prosecuters say he did not report.

Beans will be sentenced on November 18. He faces up to three years in jail.

If convicted, this will not be the first time the former Roc-A-Fella artist has served time behind bars. In 2004 he spent a year in jail for drug and weapons charges and in 2008 a judge ordered him back to prison for violating his probation after failing a drug test.

      It’s hard to pay taxes when you are ‘Ballin outta control” buying Benzes, Condo’s, Big face diamond watches….dudes fail to realize that money is supposed to last you through the days where people are not checking for you no more….not to act like you ain’t never had nothing..

    Another thing he’s gonna blame Jay-z for. I can hear him now. Jay was suppose to pay my taxes for me ! He took advantage of me. Sure I should have had my taxes paid or money in a special account just for that but I neede to have the fly whips,chains and other bullshit first. But Jay did me wrong and I’m gonna talk about it for another………….6-7 years.

    It’s sad to see someone w/ so much talent simply squander it away. I would like to say he can’t get a break but that’s just an excuse. What the hell happened to State Property? Freeway not in the majors, Beans can’t get a deal, the rest of the team simple can’t a buzz going if they tried. R.I.P. – Roc-a-fella and State P it was cool while it lasted.
