DMX To Star In Celebrity Rehab 3

Add DMX to the list of troubled celebrities to star in VH1 reality series.

Perez Hilton reports that the Dark Man X is set to star in the third installment of the Dr. Drew-produced Celebrity Rehab series. Bob Forrest, CR‘s drug counselor, has confirmed X’s participation on the show. No other cast members have been revealed as of press time.

X has a long substance abuse history. The rapper is presently serving a 90-day jail sentence for drug possession, theft and animal cruelty. -Bruce Moses

    All I can say is that if X is real he can beat this shit. However, he’ll be drinkin and smokin. For real, as long as it’s not crack and they keep the cam on him, he should be able to hit the studio and turn that shit to “DMX Rehab – God is Good”. Y’all know how that nigga do and don’t forget.     1 year, 24 days in recovery from alcohol.

    Rehab works if a nigga really wants it to.

    Somenbody said that this won’t recussitate his career, I agree. But @ this point, that should be the least of his or his family’s concerns. One step @ a time & X will be back in the land of the living.

    He doesn’t even have to go back to rap. Opportunities avail themselves to the susceptible, in all forms & fashions.

    I am glad that X is finally getting some much needed help. I am, however, quite disappointed that his therapy will be exploited on television, which will lead to jackasses such as random XXL commenters to take shits on the man.

    I really hope this helps X clean up his life with this, but as far as his career goes this reality show may be the death knell to any street credibility being on a show with B celebs like andy dick. But I’d much rather hear that hes clean and out of jail than hear he has a new album coming out. Stay focused and get overcome these demons X!
