Four People ID R.Kelly And Girl On Sex Tape

R.Kelly is one of the most recognizable stars in the world. And the then underage female he allegedly bedded and videotaped seems to be easy to spot as well.

Four witnesses identified the girl, now 23, as the one on the sex tape; she herself has denied she’s the person in the video. The girl’s uncle and aunt, however, identify her as the one in the tape.

A former best friend of the girl, Simha Jamison, 24, took the stand yesterday (May 21) and told prosecutors she recognizes her friend as the one in the tape. Jamison was also asked if she recognized the man in the video and identified Kelly after spotting him in the courtroom.

The singer’s defense continued to push their strategy. They maintain the man on the tape is not Kelly and the image has been digitally altered.

“Something could have been done to put a different head on that body,” Defense attorney Sam Adam Jr. said, according to the Associated Press.

The remarks came one day after jurors were shown the infamous sex tape.

Under cross-examination Adam confronted the alleged female victim’s uncle and aunt. He asked the aunt, Delores Gibbon, why she didn’t go to authorities when she suspected the tape might be child pornography. Gibson responded she was torn.

Adam pounded the tape and said Gibbon hoped to “extort Kelly,” 41, in a possible civil lawsuit. She denied the accusation.-Jayson Rodriguez
