RUMOR: Papoose & Fat Joe Brawl?

On Saturday (March 1), a blog post on 50 Cent’s website, Thisis50.com, claimed that Brooklyn MC Papoose and Fat Joe got into a physical altercation at a hotel in North Carolina. According to the unconfirmed report, the rappers, who were in town for a performance at the Cricket Arena for the Ghetto Fabolous Tour, bumped heads in Philly MC Cassidy’s hotel room.

Sources from Cassidy's crew tell us that Cassidy had asked Papoose to come to his room so they could talk. Papoose eventually came to his room and while the two rappers were talking, all of the sudden Fat Joe and 9 Members of his Entourage storm right into Cassidy's room. Fat Joe suddenly starts yelling at Papoose, "You Got A Problem With Me?" and Papoose replied, "No, do you have a problem?" When Fat Joe responds " yeah, I got a problem with you," thats when Papoose swung at Fat Joe, punching him in the face twice.

Since word of the alleged altercation first broke, several rumors have circulated about the incident, including claims that Cassidy setup Papoose. But Hot 97 gossip queen Miss Info has spoken to members of Cassidy’s camp who deny any such involvement.
