Bow Wow Suffering from Infected Appendix, Expected to Rejoin Tour on December 13

More details have emerged about the sudden hospitalization of rapper Bow Wow on Thursday (December 6) that has prevented him from taking part in his Exclusive Holiday Tour with R&B artist Chris Brown. Although it was previously believed that the young MC’s health problems were brought on by stress and exhaustion, a release from his publicist on Monday clarified that Bow Wow is in fact afflicted with an infected appendix. The rapper has missed shows in Chicago and Detroit since being hospitalized after his performance in Cincinnati last week, and he will likely sit out tonight’s date in Baltimore. However, he is expected to make a full recovery in time to rejoin the tour in Memphis on Wednesday night (December 13).
