50 Cent Hits India for the First Time

50 Cent is scheduled to perform in India for the first time on November 18 at the MMRDA Grounds in Mumbai. According to Billboard.com, tickets went on sale on Monday (November 5) at prices ranging from $15-$25 U.S. Oranjuice Entertainment, which also promoted Akon’s debut in the South Asian country this October, is handling the organizing the event. “We wanted to bring to India the biggest name in hip-hop and its great timing that 50 Cent’s India concert follows his latest album release, ‘Curtis’,” said V G Jairam of Oranjuice. The MMRDA arena seats around 15,000 spectators.
