    lil wayne and jay-z? yup .. tight. pap-poose- pap-poose.

    • http://www.myspace.com/103_jizzle E

OOO SHIT CANT WAIT FOR THAT

    • http://Yahoo Swaggerboy ’08

Ha Ha! Its funny to sit back and watch niggas get emotional off this shit…

      Jay Hot

      Wayne Hot

      End Of Story.

  • Stonyman

    HUGE!!! Can’t wait.

    • romil

Kingdome Come was hot minus 4 trax, and Wayne is probably the most affective artist out right now!! why not! its a New York meets the South Collaboration, Old meets Young! not what people would expect. Go do some homework youngins!

  • Gamma

Fuck Lil wayne why would he be on a song called hello brooklyn? Classic album tho I cant wait!

  • CHICAGO PaPii

Lil Wayne and Jay-Z on the same Track? Thats like MJ and Nick Van Axel on the same team, how FanTabulous !! Seriously I would much rather have Dead Presidents 3 on the album with Nas or a real SURPRISE TRACK with Jay-Z and The Game on the same song !! Now that would be HOT !! Or a SURPRISE TRACK with Jay and Killa Cam(with him Re-siging with The ROC), but, Weezy? Nope !

    • Bmore

I agree with you. That Dead Presidents 3 should have bene on there. Wayne doesn’t write his own rhymes anyway. Gilly The Kid!!

  • Gkid12345

wow, who wants to hear more of that piece of shit wayne.

    • blingz

      You and You.

Hater shut up if u aint got shit to say ok punk

  • Dexter

What does Weezy think he’s doing on a Brooklyn song with Jay, he’s got flow. But he’s not worthy of being on a Jay album.
Trust me, Hello Brooklyn will be my least favorite song.
    no worries

    • Marley Jae

its fux like u that ruin hip hop. u dont like a song before u even hear it based on the person? u sound stuper ignorant.

  • Moniker

Man people always be hatin on Lil’ Wayne. If you want substance listen to the carter 3 mixtapes, he actually talks about shit. And don’t deny, he usually kills guest appearances as it is.

and papii, I even like Killa Cam…well purple haze and before Killa Cam, but for all I know that man is dead, he’s gone hibernating or somethin.

Anyway I’m feelin this cd being around Black Album level, right below classic but damn good none the less

    • desi

“If you want substance listen to the carter 3 mixtapes, he actually talks about shit”?

      HAHA are you serious
he talks about nothing thats why he puts out mixtapes?!?!?!?
he cant stay on subject about shit..

  • stoneyisland

This isnt a new Jay-Z album it’s a soundtrack, Jay is a businessman saw a major film was coming out and jumped right on the shit. Smart move black man, smart move. Get that paper Shawn………………….

    • cmoney85

yeah since you don’t know its not the soundtrack Its his solo cd with the same title because they would not let him do the soundtrack pimpin. but i guess you were tryong to be slick maybe u should try harder

  • SonN.Y.

Can’t wait, but why lil wanye on the album, but am intersed (No HOMO) to listen, B’K,1

  • Dan99

I can’t wait to hear that song with NaS. I’d rather listen to “Nigga”.

  • JDS

yo man, that killed my buzz for this album. i’m still gonna pick it up hopefully that fa66ot Wayne is just doing the hook. i mean i REAAAALLLY don’t get it. Everybody else (Nas, Beanie, Bilal – he better still be on there) fits into the context of the album, but Wayne??? dude is so garbage. i wonder if a guest feature can hinder an album with the potential to be a “classic”…

oh and i like that he put Blue Magic as a bonus. didn’t fit

  • JDS

oh, maybe Wayne just does the hook… i fuckin’ hope so

  • Fat Don 4.C.H.

I think that Mr. Shawn Carter is one of the most amaginitive people in the world of Hip-Hop today. Mr. Carter keep doing your thing, as if I had to tell you that.

  • Chainz322004

As tha 1st one 2 speak on this…..I’m glad wayne & Jay are on the same page. Lil’ Wayne looks up 2 Jay-Z so when Jay didn’t mention wayne as 1 of tha best in tha south….I’m sure wayne took it hard. I think Jay has respect 4 Wezzy’s grind and love for hip-hop…..So it’s good two see tha “greatest” ever Jay-Z and tha “future” collaborating. Also bringing tha north and south 2gether. This Is what more MC’s need 2 do. They both stepped up. Now I think it’s Wayne who needs 2 have a killer verse 2 match tha best in tha game.

  • Aftashok

    NOOOOOO……wtf man….

WHY….why put this mufucka on the album man….i’d rather he put the “I Get Money” remix as a bonus cut than have Lil’ Wayne on the album….dude RUINS people’s songs (see: Barry Bonds, Breakin’ My Heart)….

  • SD 100

WOOOOW. if this so much as lives up to half of the Reasonable-Doubt-Slash-Blueprint hype, then its a definite classic.

  • Daytons#1DraftPick

I think its funny how jay-z can say im cumin out wit a album and everybody starts yappin about how its a classic before they even hear it. Im sorry but kingdom come sucked! thats like sayin soulja boy is gonna win lyracist of the year! FEEL ME! Mad Love to HOV no disrespect!

  • FuckUPayMe618

Why the fuck is lil wayne on that album? Id rather here bleek on that joint least he from brooklyn. Jay trying to win lil wayne fanbase. That feature alone makes NIGGA>American Gangster

  • famz

“Trust me, Hello Brooklyn will be my least favorite song.
    no worries”

LOL@ muhfuggas disliking a song they aint even heard yet.

  • AYO

if jigga works with wayne he will look very desperate, like a sucka, after wayne dissed him he lets him on a track

  • Pingback: The Official Jay-Z - American Gangster Track List « weapons of mass distraction

  • Osiris

Looks like Jigga is prepared to pass the torch to Weezy. All those years spent molding and hyping up Bleek, who would’ve known all those years ago when Jay made the intro to Vol.2 that he’d be passing down the crown to the young kid from Cashmoney that was chanting “drop it like its hot” on Juvi’s now classic “Back That Azz Up”…funny how life turns out

  • ThingAlec

Could “Nigga” be a better album that this. Liek Hip Hop is Dead was a better album than Kingdom Come?

  • http://hotmail dre day

Wayne isnt good enough to be on a Jay-z track. Maybe J just trying to show him who is really the ‘Best Rapper Alive’

  • Detroit P

All of you people have missed one important thing..after this album comes out there will be endless arguments over who is Better right now..Lil Wayne or Jay-Z….or this track will put an end to all of the speculation..I really want to see what happens…I hope Wayne steps it back up to where he used to be in the Carte1-2 area..and I hope Jay just rips the shit outta him..but we’ll see..now this is exciting Hip Hop

  • Calibud

You lil mufuckas just dont get it, Jay and Weezy have ben on the same page for a while now. You think Jay didnt put it in Weezy’s head to go at him all this time??? Are y’all that fuckin slow? Jays been Weezys biggest co-signer for about 3 years now, just on the low, and yall stupid negros been fallin for the bullshit. Weezy aint never had no beef wit Jay, all the shit Weezy has been doin has been strickly Hip Hop, no street shit, just music. Jay respects that, he’s a Head himself. This feature on the album is just the wake up call for all you dumb ass niggas thats been hatin on Wayne thinkin that he’s garbage because Jay dont like him. Guess again fuck faces.

  • Detroit P

Oh and you havent even heard the album yet, why dont you hear it before you start making judgements…Fuck all the preconceived notions..listen to it with a open mind and just be a hiphop fan again….Jay might kill the whole album, Wayne might kill his verse..you dont know just wait and see…hell Nas might come outta nowhere and Kill everybody on the album with one verse

  • alicia

i swear i stopped giving a damn about the album as soon as i seen lil wayne name what the fuck jay wayne ?? is jay on crack i”am mad right now why would he do that what retard told him it was ok to get that nigga on a song i love weezy hell i”am a weezy stan but i love jay a whole lot more that’s the problem with jay he got to many “yes men” around him some body should have been telling him hell no b don’t put dude on this album co-sign chicago papii i would have love jay and cam on a track again but wayne man i’am going to send hate to jay for days off this bull shit

  • Stephan

who needs that wack dude from New Orleans aka the worst rapper alive on a track with Hov?????? ………………….. Exactly!!! Nobody!!

  • whatttttttttttttttttttttt

nooooo wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy WAYNE…that is sooooooooo garbage……nobody wants to hear that

  • Franchica

The only way putting wayne on the album can be justified is if they both spit fire, track is hot, and Jay murders this dude on the track. If Jay put lil wayne on this fuckin track, spits some luke warm bars/flow and lets lil wayne even have an arugueably better verse; JAY LOST. and that is coming from one of the biggest jay fans.

  • Atl’s own

can’t wait 2 hear dat jigga & Weezy!

I will listen to the rest of the album, but Fuck these Homo rappers and their homo fans.

    • http://hotmail.com jizzle

bitch you the real faggot you fuckin pussy ass nigga. I didn’t care that you diss wayne cause there’s a lot of hatin’ ass dick ridin’ass niggas like you but you call his fans homos so that means you talkin about me and other niggas that like weezy that you don’t even know so fuck you and suck a dick no homo you myspace gangsta.

  • L-E-Dub Bitch

damn i kno that wayne and jay track bout to be crank i was payin this cd no attention untill i read that! cant wait

  • JDS

yo i was thinking… wouldnt it be ill if Jay had Mos Def on the Brooklyn track? the whole 70′s jazzy/big band theme fits Mos’ style too (read: Excellence)& you know if he’s rhyming he’ll kill a verse (read: Excellence…again) Damn man, just thinking about that gets me amped, but oh well; we get Wayne instead *bleh*

  • REESE

    I CAN’T LIE……….

I’M NOT HAPPY ABOUT WAYNE BEING ON THE ALBUM.

I HONESTLY FEEL LIKE HE WILL DRASTICLY CHEAPEN IT.

    AND ON A BROOKLYN JOINT??????

    HMMMMMMM…….

BUT I’M GONNA BE OPEN ABOUT IT……..

I DON’T THINK JAY WOULD JUST PUT HIM ON THE ALBUM JUST TO PUT HIM ON THERE………….

IF JAY DECIDED TO PUT WAYNE ON THE ALBUM THEN THERE MUST BE A REASON………….

    SO I GUESS WE’LL SEE……………

JUST GIMMIE A FEW DAYS TO THINK ABOUT WHAT THEY COULD BRING TO THE TABLE WITH IT AND I’LL FEEL FINE WITH IT.

  • smac

There’s one thing ya’ll have forgotten – the Marvin Gaye track that was supposed to be awesome isn’t included in the track list! It was rumoured to be called “this shit right here” and it ain’t on the track list, what happened to that?

The lil wayne collabo will be good… Hov ain’t gonna have weezy on there unless he brings his A-game and although I’m not the biggest fan of weezy, he ripped shit up on outkast’s hollywood divorce so we’ll have to wait and see

  • lukee lefty

bullshit….lil wayne betta not be on the album…..AND WHERE THE HELL IS DEAD PRESIDENTS 3 !!!!!

  • PAZICO

mannnn…i was checkin for this album!! fuck! now i gotta wait till december for NAS, and i prefer jay, but this shit?…nah i never thought id see jay this desperate.

I could never cop that album on the strength of wayne being on it…id have to download it and see how it feels first..sad cuz jay and nas are the last albums i paid for

and why he on a track called brooklyn????? like he just slapped a bunch of people in the face right there…ALOT of people that are finding it harder and harder to keep supporting him

  • droc

i would’ve really liked for there have been a track with jay and em. apparently jay-z didn’t agree.

what kinda hating site is this, the fuck weezy site. I never seen so many people hate somebody for being so good at what he do, did yall even hear the remake to jay-z show me what u got by wayne, maybe thats the reason jay put him on his album. Lil Dude got for real for serious flow. Yall just mad cause a nigga from the south is the best rapper alive.
Kanye and Andre 3000 said that, and also MTV crowned him the best in the game today. SO SHUT THE FUCKING HATING UP YOU BASTARDS

    • REESE

      LOL WOW………

THIS GUY THINKS WAYNE IS THE BEST RAPPER ALIVE.

THE SAME GUY WHO RATES HIP-HOP ON WHAT MTV TELLS HIM.

AND THAT SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT JOINT FROM WAYNE WAS NOTHING………….

BUT I GUESS THAT PASSES…………..IN THE SOUTHERN STANDARD AT LEAST. (NO DISSRESPECT BUT DON’T LIE TO YOURSELVES)

SINCE I’M ASSUMEING THAT YOU THINK YOU KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT HIP-HOP AT ALL, I HOPE YOU DON’T THINK WAYNE IS ANYWHERE NEAR JAY-Z.

NOBODYS HATING ON WAYNE………WELL MAYBE A HANDFULL OF PEOPLE HERE.

BUT THE MAJORITY OF US JUST DON’T BELIVE THAT LIL WAYNE BELONGS ON A JAY-Z ALBUM……EVER!

BUT LIKE I SAID BEFORE……..IF JAY THINKS ITS RIGHT, THEN THERE MUST BE A REASON, AND I’M OPEN TO HEAR IT.

-IT’S NOT A DISS POST, JUST A REAL POST.

  • cHocolate RAiN

who cares u already know weezy has a sloppy verse as usual and Jay gonna eat his breakfast.

Nas will murk everyone tho…real spit.

  • Mas

I dnt get it..why is a wayne feature on a song called Brooklyn???….Hope he aint on the album, he wont fit with the concept of the album

  • kirk

this is a sad day in hip hop when the Kissing rapper can hop on a song with the God MC are you kidding me?
even if jay kills him and puts him in his place it just isn’t worth it, he can kill him on seperate cds, and we all know Jay doesn’t win battles he loses almost everytime but he always comes in and wins the war somehow but after kingdom come i just don’ see this having a good outcome.

    Jay remember MJ’s second coming?

  • NIFTY

Is gunna be a hot winter for Hip HOP! the album is gunna be FIRE!!! SO FUCK WEEZY LADY!

  • Dartel

Yo i’m not sure how this is gon’ pan out but like everyone else, I hope weezy is only doing the hook.
I don’t understand why he did it but he’s a business man… right???

This album (albeit conceptual) has alot of hype to it from a fans p.o.v
and i’ll be honest, Kingdom come is a good album… Lyrically even better than most rescent albums… but how do you live up to such a high standard you yourself set?
At some point MJ wasn’t MJ anymore…

Niggaz is stupid. Niggaz is hatin on lil wayne, not knowing that there attention was drawn to that one particular song. Jay is a smart dude. He already knew that Lil Wayne on a song with him would generate it’s own buzz. Class is in session, get your notebooks.

  • Rodjilius

this is gonna be pretty good

  • Calibud

These responses are soooo hilarious! It’s obvious that the niggas that was hatin on Wayne felt justified because Jay never co-signed Wayne (publicly, I happen to feel Hov’s been Weezys biggest supporter. JAY’S A HIP HOP HEAD! The niggas knows a real spitter when he hears one). Now that Jays come public about his support for Wayne shown through giving him a verse on his (true) comeback album just breaks all your little hearts. (Whats the opposite of a Stan? I mean a nigga that hates so hard that they become sick from all the hatin).
Anyways, Im stoked about this new album from Jay. Should be his greatest work to date. 1.

Hey…it’s time to give Lil Wayne his props…I, like many of you was a Weezy hater…his albums are no indication of his prowess as an emcee. Like one poster said the genius lies in his cameo and mixtape appearances. In terms of flow and vocabulary…Weezy is one of the best rappers today!!…I said it. His subject matter is mundane…but he is witty with the wordplay. Not to mention he is a hard worker…he stay in the studio. Of all hip-hop from non traditional markets…and this is coming from a hip-hop head…he is one of the best. My top five all-time are as follows.

    1. Kool G. Rap
    2. Biggie
    3. Jay Z
    4. KRS-One
    5. Big L

So as you can see I appreciate lyricist, and Weezy is one of the best lyricist in the game today.

  • Red

Fuck homework, that shit still don’t make since HELLO BROOKLYN…at least put papoose on the track. No disrespect to Wayne, he’s hot but that just doesn’t seem like something Jay would do. He got a lot of young cats on his label that could have filled that space. And how is his first single “Blue Magic” a bonus track, are you sure Jay-Z gave you this track listing?? I’m not buying it…

  • K

Wyane has a good flow, but he usually raps about nothing, his flow holds no substance, now I’m not saying that’s a bad thing, cuz every now and then you just want to hear a good flow of over a good beat. He even frequently makes up words just so he can rhyme. I don’t think he can grab a topic and make it great like Jay can, some people may say he killed it, but what are they really looking at great flow, or realest stories!?! Props to Wayne tho, he did do well with the new Wyclef joint, but that’s an anomaly.
YES Wayne can be on a Brooklyn joint, as long as it say’s “Hello” in it, anyone can say hello Brooklyn, the real question is, will Brooklyn say hello back!?!

About Papoose, u gotta listen to his catalogue, when i first herd him i thought he sounded too much like big l and his flo was off, but once u listen to what he says he stands for somethin. he’s a rapper’s rapper. but u gotta listen to songs, not just a few, to get into him pause he’s in my current top 5 hands down….he has SUBSTANCE and REAL TALK

but about wayne, yes he’s one of if not the best out RIGHT NOW of the new crop, but what is that saying??? who else except the vets are putting out ANY music on a mainstream level. Its like he wins by default. He’s like a good lookin chick around a bunch of smuts (PAUSE), makes him appear better than what he is.

He did kinda kill my buzz for the album and i was gettin amped

  • MDUBB

oh yeah for all the wayne haters, what happens if wayne has a hotter 16 than jay? will your reactoin be like when a robot shows emotion and self destructs, cause that would be fun to watch.

  • datdirtydade

    wow,
people are pissed because weezy’s on the album? haha it’s the best rapper alive. he’ll never take jay-z’s place, but jay-z preparing to pass the torch down to lil wayne. does lil wayne have classics yet? no. he hasn’t reached that level yet. but if anybody deserves to take his spot, i’d give it to lil wayne. this album is going to be something special, i can feel it…
we’ll all see when we cop it though.
    right?
