Jay-Z’s American Gangster Tour Sells Out in Under A Minute

According to a statement on the Roc-A-Fella website, the five-city club tour that Jay-Z planned to support his American Gangster album sold out less than 60 seconds after tickets went on sale today. The site claims that the Philadelphia show sold out in 30 seconds, the Los Angeles show in 11 seconds, and the Chicago show in just 8 seconds. While other appearences are rumored in Washington, DC and Atlanta, details have yet to emerge. The scheduled show dates are as follows:

11/6 Los Angeles – The House of Blues
11/7 Chicago – The House of Blues
11/9 Baltimore – Ramshead Live
11/11 New York – The Hammerstein Ballroom
11/12 Philadelphia – The Fillmore

My b-day is Nov. 6 so we was gonna celebrate in our own joint over the crowd (ground level). Yes, the tix were $100 and we was like F#@* it because those was sold.     MY POINT IS THAT JAY Z DESERVES ALL THE RESPECT FOR PICKING UP THE PIECES AFTET B.I.G PASSED AWAY AND DROPPING CLASSIC ALBUMS FOR THE LAST TEN YEARS.
