Currently serving a one-year sentence for probation violation, Foxy Brown has launched www.FreeFoxy.com as a means to disseminate information and keep in touch with her fans. According to a press release announcing the site, despite her incarceration, “Foxy is personally involved in the content contained on this website.” The site features news and press sections, an area for ringtone downloads and a feature that allows visitors to write to Foxy behind bars. "I devoted my career to building an affinity with my fans who have supported me unflinchingly and no barbed wire fence or prison wall will stop that,” Foxy said in a statement. “I am in great spirits and very focused, and needed a forum to communicate to the people." Fox Boogie’s new album, Brooklyn’s Don Diva, will be released on November 20 through Koch Records.
