With his third album, Graduation, set to drop on September 11, Kanye West will host the 2007 Bang! Music Festival. The two-day event runs on November 10 and 11 and will be held at Miami’s Bayfront Park Amphitheatre. Tickets go on sale on Saturday, September 1.

In other news, Snoop Dogg will host the MTV Europe Music Awards, which will be held on November 1 at Munich’s OlympiaHalle in Germany. “Besides the U.S., Germany is the major market for MTV,” Richard Godfrey, Senior Vice President for MTV Networks International tells Billboard.com. “It was important for us to bring back our biggest event to our biggest market in Europe.”

Finally, 50 Cent, Akon and Soulja Boy have been added to the growing list of performers at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards. The event, which takes place at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nev. on September 9, will also feature performances by Kanye West, Timbaland, Cee-Lo and Common.
