Grass Roots Hip-Hop Organization Holds Free DJ Lessons In NYC

tools-war.jpgTools of War, a grass roots hip-hop organization, is kicking off the summer with a huge push to promote the four core elements of the hip-hop culture in New York City. From June to August, Tools of War will hold various events, such as free DJ lessons, crate-digging sessions, b-boy contests and park jams in the five boroughs of NYC.

The summer long event starts today in Queens as Queensbridge Park. From 5:30 to 8:30 pm, fans can receive free turntable lessons from some of the best DJs in the world.
