Eve Pleads No Contest to DUI, Must Wear Alcohol Monitoring Device

Through her attorney, Blair Berk, Eve pleaded no contest to a DUI charge she picked up after crashing her Maserati on Hollywood Blvd. back in April. According to website TMZ.com, the Philly native was not present in court during today’s hearing. Under the terms of the plea agreement, Eve will be required to wear a SCRAM alcohol monitoring device on her ankle for 45 days, pay $1,400 in fines and spend 36 months on probation. She will also need to enroll in a first offender alcohol education program. Berk is due back in court on July 20, at which point he will need to prove that his client is wearing the SCRAM device and has enrolled in the alcohol program.
