Jim Jones Allowed To Perform In Providence, RI

Wherever Jim Jones goes, controversy is soon to follow. The Dipset Capo is currently embarking on “The Street Dreams Tour,” which stars Young Jeezy, Lil Wayne, Baby, Fat Joe and Rich Boy. The concert is set to stop in Providence, RI on March 29 for a performance at the Dunkin' Donuts Center. Providence officials, however, had safety concerns due to Jim Jones' alleged Blood gang affiliation. According to Eyewitness News WPRI/Fox in Providence, authorities were worried about gang violence due to the city's faction of Crip gangs, long time rivals of the Bloods. Providence's Board of Licenses, however, approved the concert and plans to have increased security.
