Today, if anyone one looked or sounded as original and true to life as these men were, they would be scorned as gay, soapbox, maybe even poor.

    …For shame.

Yo this is real hip hop. Hip hop really has been in a rut these past few years, 99 percent garbage. bringing it back to these dudes, and showing the world how making real good music is not synomymous with how much money u got, how many bitches u can pull, or how much a hot producer u got lacing your track. Them gettin in the hall of fame might make these new rappers really ask themselves, “does the music i put out come up the the caliber of any hall of fame, nevermind rock and roll hall of fame?”

Real hip hop. This video actually held my attention as long as high budget videos with nice cars and hos do.
RE:”BEFORE THESE GUYS NO WHITE PEOPLE DRESSED LIKE THAT,” actually, punk rockers (white people) did. The early hip hop and punk scenes developed in New York at the same time, and the subcultures borrowed ideas from each other. Some punk acts, like the Clash and Blondie, experimented with rapping, and some emcees borrowed punk fashion.
