DJ Webstar and Young B Cleared in Shooting Investigation
Authorities in New York have cleared up rumors that DJ Webstar and Young B, the duo behind the Chicken Noodle Soup dance craze, were at the scene of, or somehow involved in the shooting of a 13-year-old Harlem girl after a party this past weekend. According to the New York Daily News, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly has "pointedly dismissed" witnesses claims that the two young stars were present outside the Lehman Houses on Madison Avenue early Saturday morning (October 28) when Mozena Jones was shot. Previous witness accounts had alleged that Young B, whose real name is Bianca Dupree, was seen arguing with a group of women outside the building where the party had taken place. Meanwhile, Jones has been upgraded from critical to stable condition and is recovering at Harlem Hospital.
