Arrest Warrant Issued for Foxy Brown After Missed Court Date

foxy2.jpgAn arrest warrant was issued for Foxy Brown after she missed yet another court date today. The rapper was due in Manhattan Criminal Court for the beginning of her trial for misdemeanor assault against two nail salon workers. The two plaintiffs claim Foxy kicked one and hit the other in the face during an argument about payment for a manicure back in 2004. The case was nearly settled in settled in December but the plea agreement fell through. The trial was again postponed in July and rescheduled for today.
