Brooklyn Rapper Gravy Shot in Buttocks Outside Hot 97
The New York Post reports that Brooklyn MC Gravy was shot in the buttocks last night (April 26) outside New York radio station Hot 97’s SoHo studios. After taking a single bullet to the backside while arriving at the station at around 9:30 p.m., the 28-year-old rapper, who is signed to the Warner Music Group through Dirty Money Entertainment, was still able to sit for his scheduled interview. Gravy arrived at the station with an entourage of about 30 people, who scattered abruptly when shots rang out. Following 911 calls, police sealed off the station as they looked for victims. Found limping around inside, Gravy reportedly told police that he had fallen down. After they noticed blood, he was taken to the St. Vincent’s hospital, where he was listed in stable condition and released less than an hour later.
