Choo Choo Faces Life’s Daily Struggles in “Let Me Live” Video
It's been almost two years since Choo Choo dropped his Based on a Choo Story project, and he's still rolling out some of the track's visuals. The Pompano Beach, Fla. rapper drops the music video for his "Let Me Live," which finds him going back to some humble beginnings.
The KeJuanBlake-directed visuals features Choo Choo facing some of life's daily struggles, as he portrays a worker at a tire shop. After he finishes his work for the day, he finds that his car doesn't seem to start, making his difficulties that much more challenging.
By the end of the video, the Florida native sheds his worker's uniform and sports his signature look as a successful artist, including a thick gold chain around his neck.
Choo Choo shares the inspiration behind the new music video with XXL, which is representative of never forgetting where we come from.
"This video was just inspired by overcoming life's challenges," he says. "It also represents humble beginnings, knowing and never forgetting where you come from. Also how struggle can really motivate you to be your best self and to keep you determine to be who you supposed to be."
At the moment, Choo Choo is currently gearing up to release his forthcoming STRIPES project, which may arrive in the coming months. The rising star says that he also has more videos to come this year. "My plans for 2018 is just to continue growing, letting out more visuals, more good music, and perfecting my craft," he shares.
