Rising Sacramento rapper Mozzy is on the verge of a breakout as major labels continue to court the regional star. In the video for "Beautiful Struggle," the title track to his most recent project, Mozzy proves just how much his profile has grown as the camera follows him and his crew to packed out club appearances and shows. Rapping to the camera about helping out with his mother's rent, the love he has for his daughter and being one signature away from a million dollars, Mozzy leaves it all out there as he raps to the camera.

"The journey is what makes the man and my journey has been rough. But I love every part of it," the rapper told Complex. "Something bad like jail could save your life. Being broke creates that drive to be successful. It's all a part of the beautiful struggle."

Mozzy's Beautiful Struggle project has yielded the MC a heavy amount of press and positive reaction. Unsurprisingly, the rapper's movement has garnered rumored interest from labels like Atlantic Records and Epic Records. With a potential life-changing deal in his future, the rapper doesn't dream of thousands of pairs of sneakers or jewelry, but enough to get a new house and money to take his daughter to Chuck E. Cheese.

“A nigga just want to live a regular, normal life. Have a dope ass house, paid for. Dope ass vehicle," he told Sacramento News & Review. "And just [money] tucked off for my daughter. Regular shit like going to Chuck E. Cheese and getting ice cream...It ain’t the case right now, but I’m regular. Period.”
