Dave East is as much a part of uptown New York as summer nights on Dyckman, chopped cheese sandwiches and Newport loosies from the corner bodega. But the Hate Me Now rapper isn't a xenophobe as he shows love to the South by teaming up with Three 6 Mafia's DJ Paul for the Memphis legend's "Let 'M Tell It" video.

In the FredFocus-directed clip, Paul and East head to an insane asylum with a voluptuous woman and call out all rappers who are living a lie.

An abandoned insane asylum seems like a strange place for rappers to shoot a video but as Paul tells it, he felt right at home. "That's something I've always been into, it's just my style," he tells XXL. "When I found out the director found one I was like -- perfect! Plus I'm a crazy guy, I need to be in one!"

"Let 'M Tell It" will appear on the original Three 6 Mafia member's upcoming Year of the Six (#YOTS) project, which will feature East, Jon Connor and more. "In addition to ["Let 'M Tell It"] with Dave East, I'll also have features from Jon Connor -- I've been working with him a lot lately, and Azizi Gibson -- I just produced his new single 'Braggin Rights' and I'm featured on it," says Paul. "Also Lil Wyte and some more people I enjoy working with."

Year of the Six is due out June 6. The project arrives after DJ Paul dropped his fifth solo LP, Master of Evil, in October.
