XXL Freshmen 2015 is coming and the freshman hopefuls are gearing up to possibly make this year’s class. With the10th Spot voting happening now, we have to let the potentials tell us why they should appear on this year’s cover.

Key! comes in as pitch number ten. As one of the founders of buzzing ATL group, Two-9, the rapper first appeared on the hip-hop scene back in 2009. However, destined for a solo career, he's broken away from the collective several times, finally parting ways for good when the group signed a deal with Mike Will Made It's Ear Drummer's label in 2014. He's since acquired a buzz of his own featured on Father's  “Look at Wrist”  with OVO signee, ILoveMakonnen and an appearance on  OG Maco's “U Guessed It.”  His most recent work includes the Give Em Hell EP, with OG Maco and his #808Keys project. He also recently released "Work Ya Risk."  Watch above as he tells us why he should appear on the coveted XXL Freshmen list.

The XXL Freshmen 10th Spot will run from March 16 to March 22. This is where the public gets the chance to vote an artist into XXL Freshmen Class.
