Vans Celebrates The Legacy Of The Sidestripe And Expands Offering Of The Sk8-Hi

Vans, the original action sports footwear and apparel brand, continues its celebration of the iconic Sidestripe with a special look back at the history of the Sk8-Hi and an expanded offering of the coveted high-top.

Fall 2014 of Vans Classics honors the Sidestripe’s heritage with the largest range of Sk8-Hi colorways to date. For men, the Sk8-Hi’s form is revisited for several vintage-styled variations such as the ‘70s-inspired Golden Coast color-ups and Van Doren Sk8-Hi Reissue that revives the archived Palm Leaf print. Upgraded materials define the assortment as well, with waxed canvas, abrasion-resistant XTuff and suede editions of the legendary silhouette surfacing for the new season.
