Curren$y's work ethic is still unmatched. Even though he hasn't given fans a new tape in a while, Spitta Andretti is keeping his fanbase at bay with freestyles almost every week. Curren$y added a few new bars to Young Thug’s "Big Racks" beat this past Labor Day weekend (Sept. 5). Taking the Southside-produced instrumental off Thug's Slime Season 2, the drawling wordsmith adds new meaning to the title.

"I keep them big racks right on me/Ferrari ponies but that Lamborghini for my homie/Bitch that car not from me/He got hella hoes at this party/ (slash) orgy/He said that they was askin' for me while I was touring," he raps.

Curren$y is widely known in hip-hop as being one of the most consistent MC's we got. The NOLA rapper has made it his mission to keep his fans steadfastly supplied with music all year, dropping an impressive six projects since 2016 started, the most recent being Stoned on Ocean EP back in June.

As for Thugger, the ATL stand out is enjoying a substantial career boost this summer with his latest crop of music. The unorthodox rapper's newest mixtape JEFFERY just landed on Billboard's Top 10 list. The tape dropped less than two weeks ago (Aug. 26) and thanks to overwhelming hype and an eccentric cover art, the 8-track project sold 37,000 copies in its first week, 18,000 being traditional sales and the rest streaming equivalents.
