After dropping the visual for the previously unreleased Jay Rock assisted single "OMG" a few day sago, BJ The Chicago Kid returns today delivering the audio of the funky track. Kinda backwards, but no complaints here.

Sans the visual, one gets to appreciate the vocals and instrumental even more. Produced by Virginia beat maker Nottz, the slow track is like a trip into a 1980's action movie but still sounds soft enough for BJ to flex his textured vocals on. However, this isn't a ballad for the meek. "Bullshit ain't nothing but chewed up grass/Cross me once nigga, no more passage/I'mma still be here when all said and done/And like I told you before/I ain't tryna be the one," the Windy City crooner sings on the second verse.

TDE rapper Jay Rock finishes out he track spitting about the pressures of the struggle rapping, "The stress and the anger I can't manage/Somewhere between these other 8 planets I stay stranded/With all my wounds stitched up, wrapped in this Ace bandage."

Speaking of bandages, Rock is well on his way to recovery after being injured in a bad motorcycle accident a month ago.

BJ, a frequent collaborator with the TDE camp, released his album In My Mind last month via Motown Records. The project features Kendrick Lamar, Chance the Rapper, Big K.R.I.T, Eric Ingram, Buddy, PJ Morton and others, and the previously released single "Resume"
