New York spitkicker Wiki teams up with Adam Zhu, Dev Hynes, Sporting Life and Onyx Collective for a new collaboration, MARKET, which looks to be a short skateboarding film that includes a new song featuring bars from Wiki.

That track, titled "Lord's Mess," begins with a spoken-word poem before transitioning into the song. Lines like "Running past warm winds, whirling sand in my face / Wind picking up, a wind picking up / Well, I wish it can pick me up," are ambiguous, but soothing to the ear, but a little over two minutes into song, we get to the thick of things.

The bridge, which features the chant "They get stressed when they think that it's a test / But it's complex, yes bless, when the lord makes a mess," hits listeners in the chest before Dev Hynes comes through on the hook.

"And I can feel it, it's round the way for you / So don't act so confused / Your making it hard for me / So don't go chasing your temper, you don't care / Inside the space you stare / You're making it hard for me," Hynes croons over digital drums before making way for Wiki to spill all over the track.

Wiki rhymes, "Got a lot to say / Got a lot of shit I gotta say / I gotta pray, but God don't talk to me / I ought to be an alter boy, honestly / As if that would alter my honesty," Wiki quickly gets in go-mode and wastes little time working towards his quota of dope couplets.

Bars like "Tell me a better plan, the glass half full when they let him in / Take one last pull of the L and then / The rest is irrelevant, ash it / Take another hit, pass it back to the kid," are technically superb and display a glimpse of Wiki's prowess as a lyricist.

Closing out his verse, rapping "Everyday another piece of me is damaged, I straight had it / Crossing roads be like Rabbit / All youu can do, cross ya toes, hope it happens / All while tryna keep a hold of the passion" the young New Yorker adds another standout verse to his resume while providing interlude music that serves as a perfect backdrop for the raw skater footage included in this video
