Listen to Major Lazer, “Powerful” (D.R.A.M. Remix)

Earlier this year, Major Lazer released the album Peace Is The Mission. The project boasted the single "Powerful" featuring Ellie Goulding. Now, Virginia buzzmaker D.R.A.M. jumps on the track for this official remix. This version sees Major Lazer subtracting some of Ellie Goulding's vocals and adding D.R.A.M. to the mix for this new take on the single.

While D.R.A.M. voiced his displeasure with Drake for what he felt was biting D.R.A.M.'s "Cha Cha" single for Drake's "Hotline Bling," it's been a very good time for the Virginia rapper/singer. D.R.A.M. Still riding high on the success of "Cha Cha" since its release last year, D.R.A.M. has continued to make big moves. He recently released his GAHDAMN! EP, which you can stream here.

Earlier this year, D.R.A.M. told XXL about the aspirations for his career. "[I want to be] the next pioneer by taking over, being so unorthodox. There’s certain shit that’s always going to be left field because all types of people have shown interest and I showed interest to all types of folks. It’s just a whole another thing."
