Genre-melding, low end-heavy production is en vogue right now, and Two Fresh are hoping that they've hit the perfect moment in time. The Nashville-based production duo just dropped their Torch EP on Mad Decent; while the behind-the-boards chops to be expected, the twins also showcase their singing abilities throughout the tape. Included as the second song is "Still Got It," a collaboration with Chicago MCs Vic Mensa and Joey Purp. Both members of the Save Money collective, the rappers trade verses that shout out North West, basic art theory and unconventional breakfast habits. Mensa, one of XXL's 2014 Freshmen, has actually worked with North's father, Kanye West on more than one occasion. The two performed West's "Wolves" on Saturday Night Live earlier this year, and Kanye guests on Mensa's "U Mad," which later received the video treatment.
