L.A. rap artist Kenny Kingpin is back and drops his new single titled “Askin Ya’ll For Nothin” featuring Scarface and fellow L.A. rapper Don Menace. Kingpin snaps on the gritty street record, which is produced by hit-maker Chuck Heat. "My beginning was po, was sleepin’ on mama flo/My partner fronted me two, & then I copped me four/I graduate to nine, I had a militant grind/I kept my 9 by my side that I got from my uncle," he raps. “Askin Ya’ll For Nothin” is off Kenny's upcoming EP dubbed Better Than Dope Money. Scarface, who was recently honored with the “I Am Hip Hop Award” at this year’s BET Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta, does what he usually does and kills it. Menace comes in and closes the track off.

“All three of us were on Rap-A-Lot Records together and now we’re all exercising that knowledge we learned working under J Prince. As indie artists now, this song has a lot of meaning…it’s our statement to the current state of our industry,” Kenny said. Listen to “Askin Ya’ll For Nothin” above.
