Slim Thug Keeps Things Vintage in “Oh Lord” Video

Slim Thug dropped the video for "Oh Lord" today. The video looks like it was shot by a camcorder made in the '90s but it gives the video a cool effect. The song is off of his last project, Hogg Life, Vol. 2: Still Surviving, which dropped a few weeks back. The music video contains footage of Thug riding around Dallas as he meets fans, parties, performs and raps out in the middle of the highway. "Oh Lord" samples the second half of Drake's "0 to 100," chopping it up into a slow burner. SL looks like a real boss, as fans take a peak at his nightlife.

Hogg Life, Vol. 2 features a interesting feature on the album. Lakewood Church pastor Joel Osteen and Slim Thug collaborated on “Chuuch,” a record off the album. The track features words from Osteen while Slim Thug plugs in his own lyrics in between the pastor’s inspirational sermon. "You can't hang out with chickens and expect to soar with eagles," Osteen says over a church organ vamp. "Eagles soar with other eagles."
